Organic - Merlot | 13% ABV | 75cl

Produced on our family estate located in the Côtes de Bourg,

north of Bordeaux.

Our historic clay-limestone terroir benefits from a microclimate

regulated by the proximity of the Gironde estuary.

We cultivate biodiversity in our certified organic vineyard

with fruit trees and wildflowers.

The Blanc de Noir is produced from the first press of our merlot grapes.

Pale yellow bright color. A fairly rich nose, composed

primarily of floral notes and white-fleshed fruit.

A lovely balance between acidity and body on the palate,

with a pleasant freshness. Notes of juicy white peach.

Drink now well chilled.
