Organic Côtes de Bourg - 100% Merlot | 12.5% ABV | 75cl

Produced on our family estate located in the Côtes de Bourg,

north of Bordeaux.

Our historic clay-limestone terroir benefits from a microclimate

regulated by the proximity of the Gironde estuary.

We cultivate biodiversity in our certified organic vineyard

with fruit trees and wildflowers.

The Dominus cuvée is aged for 12 months with french oak staves.

This wine has a deep carmine red color,

a complex nose where notes of black fruit mingle

with hints of vanilla and torrefacto,

the nose is very elegant, the palate is full, smooth, and complex.

A beautiful volume on the finish where both the oak and

grape tannins marry perfectly.

Drink now or at its peak in 6-8 years.
