Organic Côtes de Bourg - 100% Merlot | 12.5% ABV | 75cl

Produced on our family estate located in the Côtes de Bourg,

north of Bordeaux.

Our historic clay-limestone terroir benefits from a microclimate

regulated by the proximity of the Gironde estuary.

We cultivate biodiversity in our certified organic vineyard

with fruit trees and wildflowers.

The cuvée "O" is aged for 12 months in Ovoid tanks.

This wine has a deep carmine-red color, a very pleasant nose

where notes of red and black fruits mingle with beautiful intensity

and a full round palate with a very intense burst of fruit.

The tannins are silky and the finish is fruit-laden.

Drink now or at its peak in 4-5 years.
